- 2nd Dib President, after his uncle Khoury Boutros - Most learned and able, famous painter.
- As President of Hakleh, he was under the protection of Emir Bachir Chehab.
- 1763 Became Monk. Later, became Monsignor.
- 1777 His uncle Khoury Boutros delegates presidency of Hakleh to him
- 1781 Kous Mousa got the will and congratulation on his presidency from Khoury Boutros.
- 1782 Inheritance dispute between him and daughters of his uncle Sleiman was settled.
- 1784 was given some property for Hakleh as well as Mar Doumit Bouar, and St Sophia.
- 1788 His Asistant over Hakleh was Kous Youssef (Ghanem ?) Dib, who travelled to Vienna.
- 1795 was given some land in Aafes by Boutros Tehoumi, his cousin.
- 1792 Epidemic in Dlebta killed 95 people. Village was then 130 families, many left no descendents, and were buried in fields, grottos, valleys and similar places. Non-residents abstained from passing by the village, and a new road was built on the outskirts of town.
- 1798 Had some disagreements with his uncle Father Boutros, and was appointed by Sheiks Khazen as President of Hakleh, in the place of his uncle.
- 1798 Received seal from Patriarch Boutors at the hands of Khoury Youssef Khazen.
- 1801 on May 17 torrential rains, hale, and mud slides devestate Dlebta.
- 1812 Semaan Khazen sold the Kous Mousa Dib some land. The valuator was Sleiman Dib.
- 1814 Exchanged land between his family and the family of Bou Assaf (maternal grandfather)
- 1816 Patriarch orders accounting on Mestita from him, and makes Khoury Youssef Khazen Property Manager on Hakleh.
- 1818 The Council of Louaizeh permanently assings the Dib family on Hakleh.
- 1826 Makes his Will.
- 1830 Division of the Figs trees between him and his maternal uncle Aassaf and borthers.
- 1825 ? Died in Hakleh.
