Trained the choir that sang the National Anthem during the Royal visit of 1954. Trained Sujatha Vidyalaya Choir, Buddhist Ladies College, Richmond College, Galle. Composed the Girl Guides Movement song. “A” Grade artist at SLBC. Taught music to Lord Soulbury’s daughter, Joan Rambsbotham. d:22-Sep-1985
