Reginald Bagot died in England while on holiday in the early 1900's at the Badminton Club in london. He is a direct decendent of Lord Bagot who fought in the crusades with King Richard the Lion Heart.

1 Hugh Villiers Bagot (British Tea Planter in Ceylon in the late 1800's, volunteered as a trooper in the Ceylon Planters Rifle Corp in 1892 . served under Colonel Gordon-Reeves. Planting on Hope Estate Hewaheta and later at Arapolakande Kalutara in the late 1800's to early 1900's.)
